Who I am
As a consultant, I can proactively use my skills in various projects, identify differences between the target and the status quo, analyse possible causes and help to design solutions. It is very important to me to be able to make a difference and to transform customer needs into competitive advantages. Being involved in different projects, working with different people and cultures enhances me and creates shared values for the future.
Besides my Master of Science in Finance (University of Plymouth) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management (Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Venlo), I have practical experience in various fields and projects. In a new environment, I can easily find my way with quick understanding and learning, involvement and excellent organisational skills.
I bring experience from various projects in international contexts. My clients and colleagues appreciate my quick perception, my good understanding of new topics, e.g. in the regulatory environment, and my way of surprising them with fresh and sometimes unconventional ideas in project meetings. In one of my last projects I was engaged for a major international bank and supporting the loan migration and the underlying counterparty data to ensure operational rediness.
The professional and competent approach combined with open and honest communication and the familiar environment convinced me. REEM offers me the opportunity to contribute and develop personally on an individual basis. Our customers notice this positively in our daily project business!
