Who I am
As founder and Managing Partner of REEM, I am passionate about adding value and creating competitive advantages for our clients. In this process, I put the customer and their needs at the centre and strive for long-lasting, trustworthy customer relationships based on partnership. My two core competencies are strategy & operational changes together with digitalisation and the associated disruptive impact on customer behaviour, business models, organisation, technology, processes, services and products.
My Master’s degree in Work- & Organizational Psychology and more than 10 years of experience within leading global financial services consultancies (PwC, Accenture) with project mandates for international institutions from the financial sector help me to analyse comprehensive tasks quickly and thoroughly in order to develop innovative, customised and sustainable solutions for my clients.
During the years of management consulting, I was able to build strong competencies in the areas of Strategic Assessments & Transformation in context of Operations, Regulations in Financial Services, Process Optimization, Digitalization and Automation, Project & Team Management and Organisational & People Development.
